This delicious perfect looking dessert will leave your guests in awe at a party. This make ahead dessert can be made a day in advance. It can be put together in no time and you won't have to slog in the kitchen for hours to make a restaurant style dessert
Preparation Time : 10 minutes

Ingredients
Sponge Cake - 1
Milk - 11/2 cups
Sugar - 8 tbsp
Jam - 2 tbsp
Cocoa Powder - 1 tbsp
Instant Coffee Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
For Serving
Butterscotch sauce - as required
Procedure
1. Slice the cake into two.
2. Sandwich with jam and cut into 2cm pieces
3. Mix coffee powder, cocoa powder, sugar and milk together
4. Heat the mixture, simmer for a minute and stir once in a while
5. Stir in the cake pieces gently and transfer to a basin.
6. Press the cake pieces slightly when cold and chill overnight
7. Next day invert onto your dessert plate and drizzle butter scotch cream / sauce on top
