Trifle Pudding

Trifle pudding is a very famous dessert. It is one dessert that people won't believe you made.

Preparation Time : 15 minutes
Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients

Sponge Cake - 1
Strawberry Jelly - 1 pack
Milk - 2 cups
Cream - 1 cup
Fresh Fruit - 1 cup
Custard Powder - 2 tbsp
Powder Sugar - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 8 tbsp
Jam - 2 tbsp

Procedure

1. Make jelly according to packet instructions
2. Chill till it sets
3. Beat cream with powder sugar and keep aside
4. Chop the fruits. Keep aside a few grapes for garnishing
5. If you are using apples and bananas, squeeze some lemon juice over them to prevent discoloration
6. To put together the trifle, take a bowl, cut the cake into small cubes and arrange in the bowl.
7. Dilute the jam with 1 tbsp of hot water and sprinkle over the cake
8. Make small pieces of the jelly and spread half of it over the cake.
9. Top with the fruits
10. Cover the fruits with custard completely.
11. Level the surface.
12. Spread whipped cream on top.
13. Chill and serve
