This crisp evening snack is amazing and great to go with tea.
Preparation Time : 5 minutes

Ingredients
Besan / Kadalai Mavu - 1 cup
Rice Flour/ Arisi Mavu - 1/2 cup
Roasted Urad Dal flour / Ulutham mavu - 2 tsp
Asafoetida / Hing - 1/2 tsp
Jeera / Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Butter - 2 tsp
Procedure
1. Mix all the ingredients together with water into a stiff dough
2. Heat oil in a kadai.
3. When the oil is medium hot, using a thenkuzhal, round hole press, dispense required amount of the dough into the oil
4. Fry till the sound of oil ceases.
