Carrot Cake

Preparation Time : 15 minutes
Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients

Maida - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Powdered Cinnamon -  1/2 tsp
Nutmeg Powder - 2 pinhes
Finely grated carrot - 1 1/2 cup
Oil - 1/2 cup
Eggs - 2

Procedure 

1. Sieve and mix all the dry ingredients thrice
2. Beat the eggs on slow speed with the blender
3. Mix the grated carrot and oil till all the carrot is coated well.
4. Add in the dry ingredients and fold in with the spatula till the entire mixture is blended.
5. Preheat oven for 15 minutes at 180 C.
6. Bake for 45  minutes or until cooked.
7. Check every 20 minutes
