Melting Moment

Preparation Time : 10 minutes
Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients

Maida / All purpose flour - 150 gm
Baking Powder - a big pinch
Sugar - 100 gm
Butter - 100 gm
Cornflakes - 40 gm
Egg - 1 beaten
Essence - a few drops

Procedure

1. Cream butter
2. Add sugar little by little and mix well
3. Add the beaten egg and essence
4. Beat once, add the flour and knead till it becomes a soft dough
5. Crush cornflakes with hand
6. Make the dough into small balls, coat with cornflakes and keep in a greased pan
7. Bake in a 300 F / 150 C preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
