Ingredients
Maida - 100 gm
Sugar - 40 gm
Salt - a pinch
Butter - 60 gm
Egg - 1
Procedure
1. Sieve flour and salt together
2. Cream butter and add sugar little by little
3. Add half the beaten egg mix to this and combine well
4. Add flour little by little and mix till a soft dough is formed
5. Make into balls and sprinkle granulated sugar.
6. Keep it in a baking tray lined with parchment paper
7. Bake in a 150 C / 300 F preheated oven for 12 - 15 minutes
