Ingredients
Maida - 200 gm
Sugar - 120 gm
Butter - 120 gm
Egg - 1
Vanilla Essence - a few drops
Cocoa Powder - 1 tsp
Cream for filling
Sugar - 100 gm
Butter - 40 gm
Vanilla Essence - a few drops
Procedure
1. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy
2. Best the egg and add it to the cream
3. Mix flour and make a soft dough
4. Make it into desired shapes and place on a lined baking tray
5. Preheat the oven to 200 C / 400 F
6. Bake it for 20 - 22 minutes
7. When cool, sandwich 2 biscuits with butter cream
